Questions schools ask before they switch.
Does this replace our WhatsApp groups and SMS vendor?
Yes. Communication is in-app and the inbox is the source of truth — no SMS, no WhatsApp, no email dependency. A generic lock-screen nudge opens the inbox; the detail, including bus and attendance status, lives in the app. Because there is no SMS fallback, the school dashboard shows a reachability report so you can follow up in person with guardians who have not logged in.
Do we keep ownership of our data?
The school is the data controller and owns its records. Everything is tenant-isolated, audited and exportable, and removal follows your retention rules. Our platform never holds or routes your school fees — it records status and sends reminders only.
Is it just another LMS or parent app?
No. It is a role-aware school operating system. A teacher, a driver, a nurse, a nursery leader, a principal and a parent each open a workspace shaped to their job — not a shared admin screen with permissions hidden in the UI. The server decides what every role can see; hiding a screen is cosmetic.
Can it speak Arabic and lay out right-to-left?
From day one. All text is in translation files, layouts use logical properties so they mirror correctly, reports and certificates are bilingual, and search normalizes Arabic. Adding a language means adding a translation file, not rewriting screens.
We are not in the Gulf — can it fit our country?
Yes. The platform is built multi-country: a country pack carries your ID types, national holidays, weekend pattern, calendar and schedule rules, languages, grading scheme, regulator export templates and data-residency region. Adding a country is configuration, not code.
How do we start?
Request a walkthrough and we set up a pilot tenant with your structure; your admin then loads students from your own portal — we never touch student records from our side. Parents join by invite link or QR, confirm identity and give consent. Pricing scales per student, per campus or in tiers, agreed at pilot.
